Napier University Accommodation – Conference Special Rates
En-suite rooms in apartments are available at Edinburgh Napier University’s Orwell Terrace residences in the Dalry area of the city centre (EH11 2DY) with bars, restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We are just a 15-minute walk to the city centre or a 10-minute walk from Haymarket train station which links with the tram service to Edinburgh Airport.

You will be assigned a room in a shared apartment with other delegates from the conference. All rooms are individually lockable and feature small double (4ft) beds & private en-suite bathrooms. You will also have full access to a fully equipped communal kitchen/lounge area with flat screen television in your apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and we provide all bed linen, bath & hand towels.
Rates
For this conference, a special discounted rate has been negotiated, and an extended period of let is also available to those who wish to arrive in Edinburgh prior to the event to view our beautiful city.
- £65 per room per night single occupancy
- £75 per room per night double occupancy.
Check-in and check-out
Check in is available from as early as Sunday 18th August with latest check out available of Thursday 29th August.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Please note, we cannot offer early check ins or late check outs but can store luggage on request.
Please note that August is an extremely busy time in Edinburgh with the Festival Fringe taking place, so rooms available are limited and bookings will close on the 16th of August 2024 so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.
