Our Surveying and Architectural Technology courses are led by tutors with extensive industry experience, who all hold membership of RICS, CIAT or CIOB, as well as academics who are actively involved in research.

Our suite of Building and Surveying courses allows you to study in the fields of architectural technology, building surveying, quantity surveying and real estate surveying. All of these disciplines contribute towards the creation of a built environment that affects the lives of millions of people worldwide.

Our surveying courses are accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The Architectural Technology course is accredited by both the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), and also host the CIAT Centre of Excellence.

    Industry experience is an important part of preparing yourself for the built environment and we actively encourage and support you in
    finding placement opportunities independently. This has given many of our students the opportunity to gain work experience abroad and in the UK, and secured graduate jobs after completing their course.
