How you can get involved
You can reserve places with us either for recruitment of new staff before you advertise your role, or for existing staff when they have been identified and all parties are committed to the programme.
The first step is to express your interest in the programme and a member of our team will contact you to set up an initial explorative discussion. We’ll talk you through the process, how the applications work and discuss what we’d be looking for from you as an employer, as well as outlining all the support we offer.
Registering your interest
Please get in touch to find out more or to register your interest. We start to allocate places around January, but please note numbers are limited and demand is high. We also operate a reserve list once the initial places are filled and work to ensure we offer as many places as possible across a broad range of organisations.
Foundation and Modern Apprenticeships
Did you know that if you currently employ Foundation and/or Modern Apprentices you can continue to develop their learning through a Graduate Apprenticeship? As long as they complete their course prior to starting, we can provide transition to a GA in a simial subject area, recognising any prior learning the apprentice has one. If you'd like to know more, get in touch and we'll talk you through the process, including the differences in supporting a Graduate Apprentice in comparison to other apprenticeships.
