Register before you arrive

Pre-registration will be mandatory for everyone joining our Open Day in person. This will help us manage how many people will be arriving at each campus and ensure everyone can enjoy the day safely.

Take a test

We're recommending that anyone planning to attend our Open Day takes a rapid lateral flow test within 24 hours before the event. These are available to order for free from the UK Government website or your local pharmacy.

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please do stay at home.

Wear a mask

Face coverings will be required in indoor spaces for all attendees, unless exempt for medical reasons. Disposable masks and hand sanitiser will be available at each entrance.

Things you need to know

Limited spaces in presentations

Due to social distancing measures, some presentations will have a maximum number of people able to sit in. These talks will be run several times throughout the day so everyone has a chance to attend.

One guest per attendee

If inviting a parent, guardian, carer or friend to join you at our Open Day, please be aware we are asking each attendee to limit themselves to one guest where possible.

Some areas off limits

For the safety of our students and guests, occupied flats at our student accommodation sites will be off limits. However, buses will still be available at each campus to facilitate visits to our Bainfield accommodation.

Our team will be talking you through the different available options for student accommodation during your studies. You'll also hear from current students, who will be on hand to talk about their experiences living in halls.

Virtual tours of our flats are available as an alternative and the below videos offer a look around each location.
