The course focuses on effective planning, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution. Delivered in-person at ENU’s Craiglockhart Campus this one-day course offers a dynamic learning experience. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and real-world case studies. Through real-world case studies, participants will sharpen their critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to confidently manage projects from initiation to completion, using industry-standard practices and tools. Participants will also develop the ability to collaborate effectively with teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver successful project outcomes.
Entry requirements
This course is designed as CPD and targets professionals looking to advance their project management capabilities. There is a limit to the places available due to the use of our computer labs, so the course will close once we reach 18 participants. Early booking is therefore advised.
