The Music department at Edinburgh Napier University has developed two CPD courses to support teachers who currently teach, or intend to teach, SQA National 5 or Higher Music Technology.
The courses explore both the technologies that underpin these qualifications and most importantly, ways that teachers can teach the subject effectively. Each course runs for two days and is situated within our amazing music facilities at Edinburgh Napier’s Merchiston Campus. These are highly practical, in-person courses where you will participate in activities that will ensure that you build confidence in recording and music production processes, and develop your knowledge of terminology and practice, through the lens of the SQA Higher or National 5 qualifications.
