This is a specialised workshop focusing on unique aspects of scenario planning and forecasting.
Course overview
Making Choices for Tomorrow Strategy isn't just about the present—it's about envisioning and preparing for the future.
Embrace a Changing World In our rapidly evolving landscape, fuelled by changes, adaptation is key. History shows that change is inevitable, and those who adapt swiftly remain relevant.
Explore Scenarios In any industry, organisation or profession, the likelihood of business as usual in five years is slim. While we can’t predict the future, we can explore possibilities. Our workshop on scenario planning will equip you with the tools to visualise potential futures, identify strategies, and reflect on the different scenarios
Shape Your Future With a clear vision of the future, the next step is knowing how to respond. If one scenario stands out, you have the power to pursue and nurture it.
From Vision to Action Once you've mapped your future and understood its implications, you design your strategy from the future back to the present
What will I learn? You develop strategic, creative and proactive thinking skills, experience the importance of foresight, understand how to anticipate and prepare for future events, create realistic visions of the future, identify actionable recommendations for the desired future and develop transformative ideas.
Join Us! Sign up for our Futurology Workshop and start transforming your strategic vision into actionable plans for success!
