The University has partial scholarships for self-funding students from Norway.
About the scholarship
We have a limited number of merit-based, one-time scholarships worth £5,000 (GBP), available for self-funding students domiciled in Norway starting a course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2026.
Eligibility
You will be considered for the scholarship if you meet the following selection criteria:
- You must be classed as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
- You must be living in Norway at the point of application.
- You don't have discounted tuition fees from a partner university or are not in receipt of another scholarship.
Selection process
To apply for the scholarship, please email responses to the below to international@napier.ac.uk with your student ID and "Norway Scholarship" in the subject.
Please provide:
A 250-word response to: Why did you choose Edinburgh Napier University and your programme of study?
Deadlines:
Early Deadline – 5pm (UK time), 1 May 2026. Priority consideration. Applying early gives you the strongest chance of receiving a scholarship.
Standard Deadline – 5pm (UK time), 10 June 2026. Main round of consideration for remaining scholarships.
Scholarships are conditional and will only be confirmed once you meet the deposit or official funding requirement.
Details for your visa
The scholarship amount will be shown in the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) email that we issue for your student visa application.
