Funded by the legacy of philanthropist and friend of Edinburgh Napier Ian Tomlin, the Ian Tomlin PhD Scholarships support students experiencing financial need.
For 2024 entrants:
- Successful applicants will receive £5,000 per annum, up to a maximum of three years (£15,000 in total) towards the study of a PhD in Music at Edinburgh Napier University.
- The Scholarship is towards fees and will be applied directly to the successful student’s fees account.
- There is one scholarships available.
- Applicants must identify financial need through their application on the Find-a-Fund system.
- Applicants must have a firm offer of a place from Edinburgh Napier and be in possession of a Napier Student Number.
