  Specific activities and impacts will be:
1) An expert seminar series will promote knowledge sharing of best practices on research and communication skills with a focus on coastal sustainability.
2) Workshops on communication and engagement skills will use case studies to provide context for the application of these skills.
3) Networking meetings with government agencies, NGOs and corporate stakeholders will foster formal collaborations on sustainable coastal protection and provide direct exposure for ECRs to complex policy contexts
