Dr Kulpa was invited to present a paper titled:
"RESISTing B/ORDERS: Navigating Meaningful Research Process in the Spirit of the Queer-Feminist Epistemologies within Neoliberal, Institutional B/Orders of Multi-National Funding Grant Systems".
In the talk Roberto reflected on the critical epistemic practices and challenges to academic freedoms that spin 'neoliberal university'. Reflections were drawn from the ongoing RESIST project (https://theresistproject.eu) and broader research and academic practice.
The talk was part of the international conference titled: "Contesting 21st Century B/Orders" held at the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt, DE. Website: https://www.borders-in-motion.de/en/conference-2023/index.html
The talk consequently builds towards Dr Kulpa’s body of research questioning the geo-politics of knowledge production, on which he also wrote in “Queer Politics of post-Enlightenment: Beyond the Horizon of the Present” (2021, https://napier-repository.worktribe.com/output/2794836/queer-politics-of-post-enlightenment-beyond-the-horizon-of-the-present) or in “Decolonizing Queer Epistemologies” (2016, https://napier-repository.worktribe.com/output/2713810/decolonizing-queer-epistemologies-section-introduction).
