The Workplace Team, Health Promotion, Fife Health & Social Care Partnership and Fife Health & Wellbeing Alliance commissioned the Employment Research Institute, Edinburgh Napier University to investigate the current knowledge, understanding and management of an ageing workforce in Fife workplaces.
A research presentation was given by members of the research team (Dr Valerie Egdell, Professor Robert Raeside and Dr Gavin Maclean) at the launch event.
