Biography

I am a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the Business School of Edinburgh Napier University. In the past years, I have had the opportunity to teach and research in a number of academic institutions, located in Asia (National University of Singapore), the U.S. (Fordham University and University of Wisconsin) and the EU (LUISS University of Rome and European University Institute).
