Hendrik Lattekamp is a Ph.D. candidate at Edinburgh Napier University.
Grounded in practical industry experience, including roles in airline operations, service management, and leadership within non-profit, intercultural tour operators, Hendrik's research is informed by a diverse industry background. He holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, Hendrik's research interests center on exploring circular and socially just business models, frameworks and indicators for the aviation industry and their contribution to net zero. His work also delves into participatory research methodologies and examines the perspectives and needs of destination communities, aiming to foster inclusive and responsible tourism practices.
