Biography

Dr. Britta Philp is a lecturer in human resources management and leadership in The Business School at Edinburgh Napier University.

Her research focuses on leadership and its impact on organisations and employees, ethical leadership, human resource development, skills development and flexible work.

Britta has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA levels as well as teaching in-person, online, and working with overseas cohorts. She is also the programme leader for the MSc Business Management (Leadership and Innovation) programme delivered with partners in Hong Kong.

She serves as a member of the Business School's Research Integrity Committee and as a mentor on the Edinburgh Napier University Thesis Mentoring Programme.
