Award 1: Putting Students First (Award open to all Craiglockhart campus staff)
This award recognises the work of individual(s) based at Craiglockhart who goes the extra mile to support students. It celebrates a commitment to putting the needs of students first and prioritising their well-being, growth and success. This individual displays excellence in their work and goes above and beyond their role to ensure that students have a positive experience within the business school.
Award 2: Impact in Teaching, Research, Entrepreneurship or Professional Practice (Open to Academics)
This award celebrates the work of an individual(s) who has made a positive contribution and impact within the realms of teaching, research, entrepreneurship or professional practice. Recipients will demonstrate a commitment to student-centered teaching, influential research, innovative entrepreneurship or engaged professional practice. It recognises the significant contribution that an individual(s) has made in their area of specialisation that has enhanced the reputation of the business school.
Award 3: Excellence in Professional Support (Open to Professional Services staff)
This award recognises the work of individual(s) within the professional services staff in enhancing the functioning and effectiveness of the business school. Recipients will exhibit strong collaborative skills and an ability to develop fresh problem-solving approaches towards developing innovative solutions. It will recognise individual(s) for their professionalism, resourcefulness and commitment to their work.
