Leon Thompson is Executive Director of UKHospitality Scotland, appointed to the role in May 2021.
Prior to this, Leon was Government and Parliamentary Affairs Manager at VisitScotland and before that worked as Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager at EventScotland. This solid background and experience in tourism and major events added to communication and management roles in the voluntary sector and at Audit Scotland.
